Andres Soberanes

Andres has been a coach for over 8 years and is a bilingual, spanish-speaker. He specializes in the following: Weightlifting, Strength Training, Active Aging, Sports Performance, Senior Fitness, Injury Prevention, Pre & Post-natal fitness, Weight Loss, and General Fitness.

Heidi Soberanes

Heidi has been coaching for over a decade and works with individuals from 12-89 years young! She focuses on holistic, Deep Health: nutrition, movement, stress, sleep and change.

Lu Stenger

Lu has 25 years of fitness, nutrition, and life coaching experience. Former Communications leader of Heath Ahead for General Electric and AFFA Certified Personal Trainer, core training specialist including Boot Camp, TRX, Pilates, Senior Fitness (Silver Sneakers) and Tai Chi. With all this experience and qualifications Lu is uniquely qualified to help In meet your fitness and /or weight loss goals.

Jordan Conticello

Jordan is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Jordan develops personalized programs for every client to fit their individual needs. She also provides health and nutrition coaching to aid in overall wellness. Certified personal trainer (NASM) corrective exercise, and youth strength and conditioning.

Deandra Pittsinger

Deandra has been training for nearly 10 years and started competing in bikini competitions 2 years ago! Her #1 passion is bodybuilding. She is forever thankful for the discipline and strength that it gives her, and hopes to continue to use her knowledge and experience of fitness to help clients feel their best mentally and physically! Deandra has vast experience working with athletes and people with chronic migraines and neck tightness. She likes to use a combination of active release techniques, myofascial release, cupping, and stretch therapy to help get results that the client is needing.

The support of a community with the attention of a dedicated coach

Whether your goal is weight loss, body transformation, stress reduction, health concerns or just a good old-fashioned fun workout, try our group training sessions. Lead by one of our dedicated trainers passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals, these one-hour sessions focus on strength, cardio and core utilizing HIIT (high intensity interval training), Tabata and boot camp style workouts. Whether you’re a pro or new to working out, these sessions can be done at your pace and fitness level.
